Are your items suitable for food contact?

Absolutely. All products intended for catering, food packaging, or takeaway are MOCA (Materials and Objects in Contact with Food) certified in accordance with EU regulations. You will find the indication “Suitable for food contact” or the glass/fork symbol on the packaging.

Are your disposable products biodegradable or compostable?

Yes, many of our disposable items—such as CPLA cutlery, PLA cups, and cellulose pulp containers—are biodegradable and compostable, compliant with the EN 13432 standard. On each product's information sheet, we clearly indicate whether it is compostable or only recyclable.

What are the shipping times?

Products in stock ship within 2–3 business days. Customized items generally ship within 20 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we ship throughout the European Union via reliable courier partners.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the products are in the same condition as when you received them. Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed within approximately 10 business days.
